Triple room was beautiful and the food was appetising! The room had multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The hotel's location was good, close to everything we wanted to see with a market and shops within walking distance.

Charming old accommodation with a marvelous setting close to the Blue Gate, old medina, and the center. Very comfy bed in the double room with a sofa bed, central heating, and a work desk. Amicable staff who gave a few recommendations.

Possibly the best and very good stay in the old town. Very amiable staff at all times. Clean unit on the upper floors. Magnificent location, 4 km from the city centre. Honestly no reason to complain.

Spending the New Year in this cozy hotel was a great experience! The room was equipped with everything we needed and the staff was very helpful. The location was also perfect, only a short walk away from all the main attractions and nightlife. We loved the traditional breakfast with the delicious Moroccan tea. Another great aspect was the organization of the hotel, always ready to provide information about tours and local activities.

The only downside we found were the narrow and steep stairs to reach the terrace. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The shower water pressure could have been stronger. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong in the room, only in the lobby and terrace. Nonetheless, overall, an enjoyable stay for a reasonable price.

The hotel offered a cozy and authentic experience during our city trip as the hotel was located in the heart of the old town. The staff was very welcoming and assisted us in setting up a guided tour of the city. The terrace view was stunning, providing an excellent view of the city walls. the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and traditional.

Although the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the room was a bit small and lacking in natural light. The location was a bit difficult to locate, and the surrounding area could be noisy at times, causing some disturbance during the evening.

Located in the heart of the old town, this authentic family-run hotel is a perfect starting point to explore the city. the terrace offers a breathtaking view to enjoy the sunset. Rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated in traditional Moroccan style. the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the city's history and culture.

Some rooms might have low ceilings, which can be a bit challenging for taller guests.

I loved the authentic feel of this hotel, it truly captures the essence of Moroccan culture. The narrow streets of the old town might seem confusing, but the hotel is easy to find and in a safe location. The terrace offers a stunning view, especially at sunset, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

No complaints - everything was just perfect!

I loved the location of this hotel, it was really convenient for exploring the city and going out at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The room was really comfy, and the traditional decor gave it an authentic feel. The best part for me though was the gorgeous terrace with stunning views, especially at sunset.

    Not obvious to find.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in a charming old town. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Blue Gate, making it easy to explore the area. The traditional decor of the rooms added to the authentic Moroccan experience. The friendly staff were welcoming and went out of their way to assist us in finding a guide for our city tour. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding walls.

All was well and we had a delightful stay.
